Our Story

Here to There Farm, LLC is about realizing big dreams through small things. Ask yourself, how do you get from where you are right now to where you want to be? For farmer Kristen Maring, starting a beautiful, small, regenerative flower farm became part of the path. The name represents the notion that in getting from here to there, you must follow the path of your heart. Who we are: Here to There Farm is woman-owned and operated, with a focus on local outlets and climate-friendly farming. For Kristen, farming is both her passion and purpose in life. She's committed to taking care of the environment to honor past and future generations. Kristen started vegetable farming in 1996 and decided to focus on growing flowers in 2020. Kristen is also a mother and educator who works hard to bring justice, abundance and healing to people and land. Mission: Provide floral beauty and nourishing food to the community of Olympia while caring for the land in a regenerative way. Vision Statement: Connect people with nature for a sense of abundance and calm. Use organic and regenerative farming practices to take care of the land in a climate friendly way. Growing Practices

Regenerative and Organic: We use no-till or low-till methods, deep mulch, cover crops, hand weeding and beneficial insects. All organic practices and OMRI certified materials. We're committed to climate friendly farming including sourcing locally whenever possible and maintaining a low carbon footprint, as well as mainly electric equipment.
