Our Story

ThistleHook is a small flower farm near Olympia, WA, growing since 2014. We grow floriculture products exclusively for the Seattle Growers Market using organic farming materials and methods. In the spirit of the cooperative, we grow some of the common annuals like Sunflowers and Snapdragons but also unusual stems like Garlic Scapes. We also have a stable of perennial floral offerings like Geum, Eucalyptus, and Asclepias.

Growing Practices

ThistleHook uses sustainable growing practices that are gentle on the earth, while choosing crops based on their location and what will be supported by the existing farm environment. ThistleHook takes advantage of the good balance of natural flora and fauna on the farm and seeks the most earth friendly ways to keep flowers happy.
